1-5 scale this is how "I" quickly grade a coin
The stars to the left of the head are still visible +++
detail in the face (eye and mouth) +++
lettering and date ++++ took off one for slight scuff on top of the "9" the rest is sharp.
higher points of the branches +++
details and lines in the dress ++++ this fits almost EF-40's i have seen.
now for some of the negatives i saw
The loss of detail in the feathers on the eagle is more like vf-20 - -
Loss of detail on right leg of eagle - -
beak and head detail on eagle isn't great matches vf-20 - - -
the almost "line like" wear down the center is typical of these coins. it runs from the head down still the wear is typical of vf35.

taking all of this into account i am grading it VF-35.
