These Halloween pins attach to your shirt, sweater or blouse by a safety pin hook on the back of the pin. When the switch on the back is activated, (see photo 2) they light up & flash bright colors. They'd be perfect to wear trick-or-treating in the dark, but they're not advisable for children with epilepsy or seizure disorders because the flashing colors are very bright & fast. The pictures show the pins in the "off" position because the flash didn't show very well in photos.
