New with tags attached new york and company rhinestone floral design brooch or pendant. can be worn hanging off your favorite chain or pinned on your favorite scarf. really beautiful. clear rhinestones form a floral design. has pin on back and also loop for hanging it off a chain. any questions... just ask !! the little black piece on the brooch/ pendant is the price tag string still attached. it cant be removed with damage to the tag and i didnt want to remove it. thank you.

hi, its 1 1/8 inch in size and the loop or tiny hoop for hanging is on back. hard to see but there to put chain though.. its really beautiful. good luck if you bid! ty
