STUPID toilet!! It ate, your phone , that's horrible - once that thing starts flushing, there is NO getting it back! I loved the phone but I upgraded cuz my contract hit 2 years and my hubby and me now are on a family plan. 3 day auctions would be the only way to earn up the credits at this point - so it's worth a shot - I'm saving up for something myself that ends tomorrow!

How well does the voice recorder work and how much can it record?

Once you have completed your recording, you hit the left soft key to save it and are then prompted to play it back. The right soft key in Playback mode opens a menu where you can see a list of recordings and delete, rename, or send the current recording. In the list view you have a few more options, like using the recording as a ringtone, alarm, or message alert. You can also move the recordings around in the file system. There doesn't seem to be any limit on how long a voice note could be. The application is fairly full featured. The card you get with the phone is HUGE and will hold recording and songs GALORE!

It was suppose to be 8000 from the beginning, it was a typo - but when I asked LISTIA to change it , they said they could not change the TIER because someone already put an early bid in on it - at that point they can only ad/ change the pics. Yes, the phone holder will be sold at 8000 points. If the auction does not go that high - i will sell the phone holder seperately because it is SUCH a cool item

The phone is not new & I do not work for the company, I suggested in the listing that if you have any questions to speak to an AT&T rep prior to bidding (that rep is not me, lol) . It was my previous phone before I upgraded my plan. The details are all in the pics, you can see any impefections in the pics, like on the 1 and 3 key or a bid of rubbing on the corners. I zoomed in on any parts that do not look new - but the phone is basically fantastic and comes with SO many accessories- as far as a gift, it is not brand new.

TO "sdk6714" - a MICRO SD SANDISK CARD THAT HOLDS 1MEGABITE is included, it has an internal memory but for getting the most out of this phone the SD is GREAT to have. So that is what you get, there is no specific SIM, but You can get any AT&T store to do a transfer from your old phone to this new one.

The SIM card was issued by AT&T, the phone is currently locked to that particulat carrier. You can patch your phone for free using an "SP Removal" VKP patch via SETool Lite Or you can pay for it using a program called WotanServer. If the cell phone is unlocked (which it currently is not), it will recognize a SIM card from any carrier. The "lock" is a software setting that keeps the cell phone "loyal" to one carrier. When you get the phone it will be locked to AT&T only.
