Shaggy Kelly can be worn in a lot of different styles because of her layers and curls. Hair just barely touches the top of my shoulder. She is a very light blonde color (263) with no high or low lights. She is a below the chin length style with face framing layers. Other than her adjustment straps have been removed, she is in good condition. Wear is naturally or place it in a low pony tail.
