These fish are paper mache that were made in Haiti. They do have a semi-gloss on them. They can be dusted or use a damp cloth on them to clean them.

This particular aqua/blue puffer fish is about 10" long and about 8" tall and about 6" wide. It can stand on its own or hang from a ceiling.

Would be awesome in a classroom or kid's room!
