The listing, BRAND NEW Sizzix Sidekick has ended.

Brand New still in box Sizzix Sidekick. Never been used. Has been in a box in my basement so the box is slightly discolored however product is in perfect condition.

this is a die cut machine and it's used mostly for scrapbooking and cardmaking.

This is a small version of a Big Shot by Sizzix, or a Cuttlebug which is a Cricut brand! This uses thin dies only, not cartridges as it is a hand crank machine! It is a great thing to start with! You can cut cardstock , regular paper and even some fabrics! You must find dies to use with it! I might have some. But it is perfect for making your own embellishments for scrapping and cardmaking! You can use just about ANY THIN die with this machine! Even the smaller Spellbinders, Quickcutz, or sizzlets. You can find these dies at just about any craft store chain, like Michaels or Hobby Lobby! I would look around listia for dies! I believe that this can cut up to 2 maybe 2 1/2 inches in size die cuts! Perfect to get started! I just got rid of my machine as I have several others! I've found dies at garage sales and other sites like listia. Good luck!

I can answer all those questions. This little machine suctions to your counter top or other flat surface so it does not move during operation. You will need to purchase additional dies before you use it. It is a hand crank and it cuts card stock. It says it can cut foam however I've never tried that. I hope this helps.
