Has this ring ever been tested? If you can't read the mark how do you know it's 14k?

Because im allergic to gold and it break my fingers out there were markings on it at one time ive had the diamonds looked at so i know they are real along with the emerald

I just found a marking on the inside of the ring that i missed before it does infact say 14k
