Hi is this a over the shoulder bag and is it small or medium please.

This is an over the shoulder bag. I am 5ft 3" tall and the bag would rest on my waist when over my shoulder. I would consider this a medium sized bag, however, you would be surprized how much you can fit in this bag. It is well made.

Just for information if you dont have a measuring tape you can take your pointing finger and bend it and the space between your knuckles is one inch. Just a good thing to know. My mom will like this purse fanned and watching Please fan back
