eyes this is a 1 gram bar, very small in size but collect many of them and they do add up. you can always melt them down and make into bigger bars too.

Do these bars increase in value over time the same as with collectible silver coins with certain issue dates/years? Please advise the average value of the bar given its small size. My concern it could be easily lost if not placed in collector memorabilia or a safety deposit box as it can fit on top of a penny. I'm looking to invest several thousands of dollars in silver given the state of the stock market and ongoing recession. Warmest regards.

These are not the best source of silver for investment. Better are one ounce coins or silver dollars and such.
