The listing, Vijntage Sterling Silver Heart Pendant has ended.

Delicate little heart pendant is marked Sterling on the back. It measures 9/16" wide x 5/8" long. It has two small clear stones, which I will call rhinestones, but could be real, I have no way of knowing. Notice the pretty etching of the silver on the heart's front. In perfect condition, ready to put on your chain.
