This is some kind of happy meal toy. It is very old and don't remember if it is from a character or movie. There is a stick part that gets pushed in and then you push it from the back and it's supposed to fling something but the other part is missing. My son asked me to give it away. It is very warn and scratched. It doesn't have any markings to identify the company that i can see of. It measures about 3" long by 2" high in the middle.
