all the engraving goes to the inside as well so I can't. tell if 925 is stamped sorry

That's a Lord of the Rings ... Ring. A collector thingie. The markings are :"elvish": for "one ring to rule them all and in the darkness bind them"... If i'm quoting correctly. Still it's a pretty ring :)
