Okay well when I asked Listia if Puerto Rico was considered inside the U.S. when I offered Free shipping inside the U.S., they told me Free shipping inside the U.S. has to be unconditional, and Puerto Rico is inside the U.S., so if someone from Puerto Rico wins, with a auction listed with free U.S. shipping and they take it to Listia through a dispute, they will either make you refund, or ship, I know alot of people do not realize this, and it is your call either way, but that is what Listia's rules are on the free shipping.

Thanks anic2528 for the information, at least rebecaaguire give us the option to pay for shipping, other people do not even let us bid in their auctions, I have received many games, and the most expensive they paid for shipping would be like $4 so if this one does not goes that high I might bid cause it is not that much, and rebecaaguire is charging exact shipping, so to me it is ok. but thanks so much.
