the only thing that I answered before today, was when I asked a question, I said thank you for the answer.

I was going to bid and I always win if I want it that bad.The seller only made one comment through the entire Auction,you answered the peoples questions.

I don't even know if you can drop out after you bid on something.

honestly, at this point, I would just unlist it, if it was up to me, but it isn't my auction so I can`t do it. I am not going to drop out as long as it is listed though.

I meant I never bid on anything else he has listed. or via versa.

I understand if this causes you alarm. I do really want the phone. I am not asking anyone not bid, but I do want to say that I have bid everything I have. so there is some gap in between what the high bid is now and what I actually bid.
I do feel somewhat bad that he may not get what he could of gotten had the accusation not been made.
I will say I have never been on anything else he had listed and he has not bid on anything that I have listed.

well I wanted this phone also but if there is something going on here that shouldn't be then I will not waste my time on this.

as I have already stated, I really want to win this phone, so I really don`t know what I would stand to gain from bidding on it, if I knew him. now, if he would like to close the bid and just give it to me, great.

yes, I also, didn't even know him in school. even though I dated one of his best friends. he did however remember me. I was a grade above him. he only joined Facebook because I told him he could get credits on here for being a member. maybe that is why I am his only friend on there. see some people have such negative outlooks on life they spend all of their time looking for proof that everyone is dishonest.

Well it looks like I did my research.Gary facebook you are his only friend,you both live in the same city,and went to the same high school.There is no such thing as a quincidence (mis spelled) To funny,all the proof there is right for everyone too see.

You were not only advising the seller of something, but also me. You were saying that my account was also going to be suspended. I honestly don`t see how anyone, but you, have caused any problems.
As far as what the seller had to say about this I don`t know, because he hasn't replied.

I am not related to him. We happened to apparently have the same last name, however, I do believe that Powell happens to be very popular last name. Other such names are Smith, Brown, Douglas. I can think of a few more. My 11year old daughter really likes this phone and I am not going to let you threaten me out of bidding on it for her, just because you are a sore loser that I have bid everything that I have on this item. I even bought some credits in hopes of winning this for her.

Shill bidding is when related ( or even friends) users bid on each others auctions that is frowned upon on this site and can get your account suspended .. :(
