A GIN is a Get it now price that some listia sellers can offer their buyers but I have not reached that level yet.

F&W means that somebody has seen an auction that they like so they became a Fan of their site and are Watching that auction....its good to have a lot of people watching your auctions

Fanned you back is when a person who is holding an auction fans or likes a bidders site because that bidder became their fan...confused? I am...anyway when someone becomes your fan you can become their fan too as sort of a thank you for looking at your stuff so you are fanning them back... its a weird listia language but you will get used to it..lol
