Apple iPhone 3GS 16GB (Black) (AT&T) In perfect condition, The screen is in excellent condition, no scratches, the back is in great cosmetic condition and not scratched, Comes with AC charger, new USB cable and a new set of apple earbuds. And Apple Decals! Its has been restored to factory settings. All you have to do is connect it to your iTunes.

I don't know if this helps with any questions but when you activate the phone with AT&T, they give you a new SIM card. You can't use someone's old SIM card in an iPhone anyway, they always do a new one. And FaceTime is on iPhone 4 & 5 & only works if the other person also has an iPhone. We've had iPhones for years & love them.

Because I've set it to original factory default settings. I don't have a sim card. it is a locked att phone..

Winner is responsible for phone activation and getting a SIM Card with AT&T. I will not jailbreak or unlock phone, there are places that will do that for you, like some malls will do that.Thank you and Happy New Year.

If it is locked by at&t then the phone carrier you have can unlock it ir send a Sim card if it uses a sim card.
