I think it says 2.3 on it. Like I said, it would probably be best for someone starting out, like a kid maybe.Even with low mp's, it stil takes suprisingly god pics! I can't find a computer cable for it(usb i would guess), but you can get one anywhere. Has some special long life lithium ion battery in it. No charger. It was charged when it was given to me, but then I upgraded. Thanks for looking! = ) Tanya

Sissie- I don't see batteries. But so many chargers are universal, or you can pick them up pretty cheap, so it's not really that big of a deal.
