Not realistic. A baby donkey is born much laarger than that. The Native American would have a burro which is the same size as we have. Ours came from a governkent round up in Arizona. This would not be the miniature donkeys from other countries. A baby donkey is born at least twice as btall as that so they can run with the herd an hour or two after birth. We raised a large number of them and I always marvel at how fast they can get to their feet. You would too if you had wolves or coyotes coing to eat you. I am bidding anyway though.
