Im new to crafts,does this stretch some?Im a dog groomer and would like to use it for a project for my best coustomers but I need it to have some stretch it says elastic is that what u mean

Yes, this is stretchy elastic. Think of a beaded bracelet that you can stretch over your hand. That is the type of elastic that would be used for that. Great for so many projects.
