Nice LG Cell Phone w/charger, it's def a pocket phone as it is 4" high!. worked just fine with no issues but has been sitting for a few months and will prob need new battery. (and activation of course, my ex just used pre pay cards:-)

He used a local carrier (AT&T but activates to "whoever") kept a card and just bought minutes like any other phone.

you just need to take it to a phone mart (any) they read the code and set it up. (my ex's card had no minutes lelt on it anyway)
