It's not for spyder paintball guns because tippmann 98 threads are big and only go with the tippmann 98 and no other gun.

They come in either spyder or 98 threads. They can't come in both unless you have a adapter to change the threading. You can google it and it will say both threading but there is no way that is possible.

Ok i don't make them, but when I've used it in both in my past experiences not sure where this could end. Other than it may work in different models of the Spyder, I know for a fact it works in the Tippman if that helps. I don't remember the exact model that the Spyder was that I used it in, but it was a backup for the a5 and used it in both.

No I sell the markers and paintball items so I know what can and can't fit the markers. There had never been a 98 custom, 98 or model 98 that took any other threading stock without a adapter. Now tippmann a5 threads can be used with spyders and brass eagle, view loader, 32 degrees etc. they made the model different from other markers and how people know it's a 98 barrel is by the thickness of the threading on the end of the barrel.

Your not waiting my time. You have the spyder threaded barrel which will fit the tippmann a5 but not the 98.

Correction it will fit the 98 custom the only tippmann 98 it wot fit is the original 1999 tippmann 98 original. In 1999 tey used a ac thread then changed to the 4 threaded 98 thread just to inform you if you have any more paintball questions just ask I played division 2 tournament paintball in the NPPL for 3 years
