No idea how to tell. I don't have any.measuring tape either. I'm 5`3" and they are too long on me.

You have no way to measure the inseam which is done by measuring from the crotch to the very bottom of the leg.Most miss me jeans are a 33inch length but some are a 32.If I don't have at least a 33inch length there to short.Thank you

I'm 5'5" and they are long on me... I cuff mine and it still looks cute with cowboy boots. However the girl put me in a 27 (which I bought) and they are just a little too snug... hoping these will fit a little better I know a 27 is roughly a 5 (as she put me in a 26 which is roughly a 3 and they were way snug)
