This is my first tiered auction, so let's do this up right! The starting bid gets Set 1.

Set 2 is added when bidding hits 4,000
Set 3 is added when bidding hits 5,500
Set 4 is added when bidding hits 7,000
Set 5 is added when bidding hits 8,000

GIN will not be lowered. It is set so that once someone has bid enough to get all five sets, the GIN option disappears soon afterward.
