Oh that's a good size. Some of these types of clasps are kind of small, which makes them hard to get on and off for a lot of people. 3/4 inch is perfect.
I don't buy any smaller ones. Hey, you're good at giving advice. May I suggest something? Not to be ungrateful, but please don't give a bonus of THREE rondells. I can make earrings with two but then I have one of different colors floating around without a mate! LOL I'd rather get two. I can use the third for a dangle on an extension chain, etc. but it still has to hang around, in a bag, all Alone!
Good point! The reason I did that is that is how they divided up. As I was counting them out I didn't see any bad ones, but sometimes these little things fall apart, so I can guarantee you'll get 30 good ones and have a few to spare if any of them are defective. You'll just have to win another lot to even up your stash!
I have more of the crystal and AB crystal rondelles, but I don't think I've listed them yet. I've got SO much stuff to list but have to be careful not to list too much at one time. The bead bidders only have so many credits to spend, and I've only got so much money to spend on free shipping!
i was referring to the crystals not the rhinestone rondells. I will win blue, and you will "gift" me with 3 red! UGG! LOL By the way I got my ab rondells today and the bonus ear wires, thanx very much- you are a Sweety! I thought they were 6mm and 8mm came! I think I like using the more subtle smaller ones if you know what I mean?? I hope the ear wires come out in pairs!! (just kidding- totally gratefu! )
This week I'm listing a bunch of the vintage stuff I got at an auction last week, it's really taking up a lot of space on my desk, but I'll list a few more lots of higher-end beads and findings to end next weekend. I try to list 3 or 4 items each night to maximize the freebie credits I get for free shipping/photo (20 credits per listing, but only three a day). .
Good point on the bonus credits! I have tyo slow down soon though, because my fair season will be starting.I will give the Vintage Findings a look when i get credits again! BY THE WAY GUYS- THESE TOGGLES ARE A BRIGHT, DAZZLING SILVER-PHOTO DOESN'T SHOW IT! I purchased them as Tibetian Silver but they look more like a very good silver plating. Very Bright!
I must have described those rondelles wrong. The plain ones must be 6mm instead of 4mm, and the larger AB rondelles must be 8mm, not 6mm ... sorry about that! I'll check them before I relist them, I think I have one more lot of each to list (maybe two).
I agree about the Tibetan silver -- things I've bought from China are very nice bright silver generally, I was kind of surprised how good they looked. The nice thing about them is that they look like silver plate but should never tarnish!
