the sleeves are 60 inches long, but they will probly be a little longer because as you can see in the picture the seam comes down further. Then I measured from the top of the collar down and it is 801/2 inches long. I don't really know how to measure clothes but I did the best I could.

Its a pretty long shirt. I like mine to cover my butt but Ive lost weight so its gotten too big.

I think your measurements may be incorrect. Generally sleeves run between 30 and 35" and the length looks more like 35". I hate to ask you to double check but I can't imagine how the numbers got so off. 80" in length would be well over 6 foot long.

I'm not a seamstress, don't know how to measure a blouse. All I know its a long shirt. Sorry It is very comfortable and pretty though.

Measuring it is easy. The show length turn it around to the back and measure from the nape of the neck(under the collar) to the hem. The length of the sleeves is a bit trickier. From the base of the shoulder go across the shoulder and then down the sleeve to the cuff. Round the shoulder not just from the hem of the shoulder. I think you may have had the measuring stick on the centimeter side instead of inches, which would make more sense to the measurement numbers.
