lol...probably not...the one name i thought I could read was Cox...they were the third family to settle that area in 1815...married fifty years...wife died two months before the transfer date on the deed on april 18, 1874...cool stuff
yes they are hard to find..i just sold old 1890 map to map dealer for $100..so if he paid that much, jumped on it, but not much interest to most people. he said it was a real map but was used to defraud early eastern wealthy people.
harder and harder to have historical items like this available. most are in private collections or in museums. this is by far one of the coolest listings I have seen on here. Congrats to the winner. (hope I can compete)
