The listing, Pete Fountain Bacchus Doubloon has ended.

Here's a Pete Fountain Bacchus Doubloon from 1980. This wine colored aluminum doubloon was thrown by Pete from the Bacchus float during Mardi Gras in New Orleans when he was King Of Bacchus. This coin never hit the ground, and so is in near mint condition.

Questions & Comments

It has the common Bacchus figurehead that's been on the coins every year since they started making these in the late 1960's.
