This is awesome, hope I win. My friend had one of these and it got a lot of really cool channels like local cooking shows or how to shows that dont usually appear on regular cable programming.

I know. I remember coming across an old cartoon channel which was fun to watch. The radio stations are even cooler. I'm sad to let it go, but I don't have time to enjoy it anymore.

You actually watch channels, but it's mostly minor channels that you find on cable and channels that are aired overseas.

It's just as I said. You plug it into your laptop or pc (not Apple compatible), and a display pops up with icons. Click on tv icon for tv channels or radio icon for radio stations. There are selections that allow you to go by genre or by countries.

You can use it indefinitely. I only used it a few times because I rarely had time to enjoy it.

It doesn't provide internet service if that's what you mean. The best way I can describe it is that it's similar to using IHeart radio or Radio Bold.

It does have some tv channels that you would see on cable, but this is not meant to replace cable or satellite service.
