Kevlar gloves are a miracle in the kitchen or anyplace you need great protection! Flexible and easy to wear. Made by DUPONT. These will fit nearly any size hand. They have the black rubberized protection on both sides of the gloves. Great for chopping, slicing, deboning chickens, deer, fish, etc. Nearly impossible to cut through. I use mine when I slice things on the mandoline and when I break down whole chickens or fish. Wonderful to give as gifts to someone just starting out in the kitchen with few knife skills. These are MEDIUM/Large and only come in Mustard Yellow. (Easier to find in the washer/dryer! :)
