HGTV Home & Landscape Platinum Suite software. My daughter bought this about 4 years ago, intending to use it, but got so busy with a wedding, then a baby, then a new career in real estate, well, she just never used it. So if you are a designer type of person who likes to plan by the use of software, I think you'll love this. It runs on Windows XP and Vista but was out before Windows 7, so I don't know about that. This package was over $72 retail.

There is a disk and a book inside the box. The book is heavy so I have to charge $4 shipping, but if bids go to at least 10,000, or if the GIN is used, I will ship FREE.
