The other people that had won the phone previously sent their money through money orders I told them to make them out to the US Post Master but I have never received any money orders from them so I was not able to send the phone. I live on a fixed income and get paid momthly and it is hard for me to get around being disablrd so that is why I say the biuer pays shipping on here. I just hope you did not get discouraged about getting the phone because when I use my Paypal it goes through quickly and without worry.
