Yes should fit an iPod touch. See updated notes and photo of iPhone 3G in it.

What about an iphone4? 3s is bigger n 5 is smaller

Yes it should fit iPhone 4 too since it's not wider than iPhone 3. When I removed the insert to see what fit, the felt cushion needed to come out. So it's all set no matter if u need the plastic insert or not.
