The listing, iPhone 4S 64 GB Black With White Accessories has ended.

The iPhone works just fine. Having said that, I no longer trust people on Listia. You're going to have to trust me (even though I don't trust you, go figure) that it works because I am selling this as is. Look at my previous auctions: I send people what I advertise, and in a timely fashion. One crabby lady in California lied about a GPS not working so now I sell all electronics as is.

Ok, got the bothersome bit out of the way. I bought the new iPhone 5 when my contract was up, and none of my friends need a new iPhone 4S. It is on the AT&T network. It is not jailbroken, hacked or anything else. You can do that. :) Maybe I need more friends ;). As a result, you get the chance to bid on a new phone. It comes with the original box, for what it's worth. It also comes with a wall charger, which is not original to the 4s, but is made by apple. It also comes with the apple original ear buds which came with the iPhone 5. These were opened and I put them in my ear canals. There is no ear wax on them! My ear canals are too small for these, so you get them too! If the thought of my ear wax grosses you out too much, check out my other auction for ear buds which are still in their SEALED package. We got those from my husbands iPhone 5, but he never uses earbuds.

Obviously, all listia rules apply. If you get the phone and decide it's not what you want, please relist them.
I won't change the number of days of the auction, because I want as many credits as I can get, but if you want a GIN, message me before there are bids.

BTW, we have dogs, no cats, and do not smoke. Please don't bid if a little free dog hair is a problem.

um just curious, if this seller does post the IMEI/MEID number in a "private" message to another user whats to stop that ONE user from cloning the phone? I would not send the IMEI there is a website called checkesnfree.com if u want to double check, then take a picture of where it says the phone is clean (for the record) and if someone opens a dispute you can provide the pictures =) probably a good idea to take a pic of the IMEI directly from the phone too =)

What a person can do, is delete their IMEID number, and put in the number you give them, cloning your phone, and stick you with a worthless phone once they get service with said clone. I myself would never give out that info, because you can also get stuck with the phone bill.

I don't see what the big deal is I she's giving the phone free and free shipping... Really what are you out I if it doesn't work... Some lowsy credits for stuff you got rid of you didn't use anyway. I don't blame the sells for not providing the number. The seller has a lot more risks with what's being asked of them unlike those interested who won't really be out if anything.

Thank you. I've been told that a person can take the MEID number and somehow use it to reinitiate another phone. If I give out the number then this phone would be worthless, although it wouldn't hurt me personally.

F & W Will you provide the MEID Number? like U I don't trust Listians selling cellphones cause I have been scammed on 3 now. The scammers are getting better (one was trusted winged seller) but, I'm in dispute now on one that COULD NOT be transferred.. Still under contract. Had the phone for a month, didn't pay the bill, got shut off and, Posted Iphone on Listia.. So far ALL Iphone 4 auctions have been the same..One last thing, although your picture looks like it is on a chair or sofa would take a picture of phone laying on apiece of paper with Listia and your name it? I'm told that no I can't provide the MEID number because you could use that to clone the phone or account.
I am asking my husband for help with this because he's more tech-savvy. He says there is no way for me to objectively prove to you that it's a good phone without those problems. All I can say is, I've listed my old phones here on listia in the past without any problems. Look at my feedback...

I'm not the best person to answer. I just know I've been asked that before. I believe it's some fancy way to get the phone to work on different networks or to run nonstandard software.

I understand what you are saying but, you need to under our side as well.. 3 phones now I have won have disputed because the MEID/IMEI Number was not provided but, when I received the phone is was bogus.. The phone was understand contract still, the account was in collection and the phone could not be released.. U DO NEED to provide the number to the winner before you ship the them though.. But, even if dipute happens, they will get their credits backs because the phone turned out dirty.. So, I'm out this auction.. Not gonna get burned again

WELL, iI never use to understand the people who were sceptics on weather a listing was real or not.....considering feedback ect....But now I know! in the last 10 days, I have been ripped off $15 and 150,000 pts from a verified trusted seller about an IPHONE .....GRRRRLOL, I am so happy you have this up and have a LONG track record.
