This is a new 10,000 BC blu ray. My daughter removed the plastic wrap but DID NOT remove the security sticker at the top of the blu ray. She opened it before she read the movie and decided she did not want to watch it. The disc is moving around inside the package but we do not want to open it. I just wanted to tell the person who bids on this item that the disc is loose inside the case. I am not responsible for any scratches that the manufacturer has caused with this disc not being secure in the blu ray case. It is AS IS!
