Cute gold heart w/diamond fingernail piercing comes with the tool to drill hole in fingernail. Recommended to use only on acrylic or Gel nails...real nails not recommended as they are thin and break easily. Could lose it without knowing. I bought this at a nail supply company when I used to do nails....I am pretty sure the gold is 10K and the diamond chip is real. I learned from a listia buddy who is a "smartcookie" and did the magnet test. The piercing does not stick to the magnet, so I am quite certain this is real gold. I will send the nail piercing, two nuts that screw on the underside of the nail after you insert the piercing in the nail. If this don't make sense, I am so sorry...I am having a hard time explaining it...ask any questions you have and i will try my best to answer.
