Yeah, he was trying for MP, but of course he didn't get it. But now that he's out of school and in CA he likes it. Which is great. :D I sometimes wish he wasn't a gamer... Especially when he ignores me. Haha

He can always lat move over to it if they let him, if he ever gets over his avionics mos :) I tried to get stationed overseas but it didn't work out that way. But Cali's nice~ a lot nicer than NC :P I could only wish my man would get into gaming with me haha but he's 33 and the gamer generations came a little after his time LoL

lol I think he's over it now. But my fiance is almost 19. lol We're so young. :) I told him if he wanted overseas and didn't tell me, I would have to kill him. Haha. He wanted NC, to be closer to family. But oh well. :) I'm nervous to go to CA with him. Haha. We both grew up on video games. I'm not so much into it anymore, but he definitely is.

I wrote a letter to him every day. I'm a loser. Haha. All of his friends were like "What the hell, I don't get that many lettes." I have his stationary now. Its useful for notes and such. :) But anyways, thank you for serving. :D

That's sweet :) I wasn't really into the whole getting-mail thing, I grew up with my step-father in my face and I have trained my whole life so when I got there it was really more fun for me than anything. But for everyone else mail was always good for their morale :) But I loved boot camp LoL. but I still like the stationary. And of course it always looks good on my Listia postings :) Thank you very much- it was my pleasure, really! And the same to your fiance~!

Wow. I'm glad you liked it. :) I couldn't deal with that. Lol He was okay with boot camp. It was hard not being able to talk to each other everyday like we used to. Now he's stationed in CA. Getting married in April, then at least we'll be together. :) But I respect your decision to serve, I don't have that kinda guts. Haha. :) And my fiance says thank you!

In CA as in Camp Pen? I was there! I was a 1371 in 7th ESB :) And that's great you guys made it through his training~ that's the first true test, and then of course MCT and deployment... But it's def something to be proud of! Congrats! :)

Nerds rule lol Those guys make the $$ ! I thought about aviation but i went in with an open contract because I shipped a few months early; I got lucky though, didn't get stuck pushing papers or playing on computers! :)

Haha. He's a huge computer nerd. Gamer too (that's how we met). Haha. But he likes his job so far. CA is a lot different from living in VA that's for sure. :) But he's pretty excited doing what he's doing. :D
