Purple Wisteria is a beautiful vine with delicate and gorgeous "hanging" purple blossoms.In the third photo you will see how the vine has been "trained" to grow (very beautifully) up from the base of the pillar. In the last photo you will see the actual seed pods hanging down from this vine. This is a land marked building designed by a famous woman architect Julia Morgan (the first woman architect licensed in California), and is visited by people from all over the world. I will add more pix when these plants are blooming as they are incredibly beautiful! The seeds are very fresh and easy to germinate too.
