I hate to have to tell you his, BUT if the person says that they did not get it (Even with tracking) & you can see that it was deliverd to them, you will have to refund their credits.It will be out of your hands & you can't do anything about it. I know because it happen to me last week. Just some info. Good luck..

I have never in two years dealt with any dishonest person. I mail much of my 1-2 ounce letters with coupons or light weight items by enclosing the item in a paper fold and putting it in a plain envelope. Anything 3 or more ounces, I send through paypal. Their rates are cheaper than postal rates, and you can print the postage right from your computer. The only thing you need is something that will weigh ounces accurately. I bought one on ebay years ago and it has been worth it's weight in gold. I wonder if people who are looking to get things by fraud would be looking for a tip off in the descriptions that bring attention to tracking. I have never put that in my descriptions, and also have never been cheated. By the way, welcome to Listia! What a fun place to make some new friends!
