I grew these last year and we loved them. My older neighbor just laughed and laughed cz he'd never heard of asparagus or long beans. But he sure did enjoy eating them as they are a nuttier flavor than regular green beans :) Most Chinese restaurants use these on their buffets :) YUMMMMMMY!
