How do these work ? Is the little silver tube thing on the side some kind of adapter, that you use when you have a part that plugs into either the wall plug or car ? I know I'm clueless, sorry. I also F & W.... Fan me back ? Thanks ! :)

the silver thing holds a battery and the black connectors go from there to the cell phone I think

It has a battery in the silver thing and the adapter are the 4 plug tha connect a cell phone to the silver thing w/ the battery in it. it was a gift Inever used it myself
