I do not not know if this is true or not, but I did my best to give him the beat service possible and even gave him a refund and apologized for all the inconveniences. Even though he was treated with curtness, he still felt the need to leave negative, even though I did everything I could for him. I have posted a screenshot to prove this. Thank you
