Once upon a time, I was pretty little porcelain girl. Alas, I am now a shadow of my former self and in desperate need of TLC. Could you be the kind soul to restore me to my glorious past? My wig needs a smidge of Elmer’s Hair Preparation (glue). My dress could use some bleach, and perhaps a new adornment where there is now the remnants of glue. If convenient, my shoes could use a shoemaker with skill and a Sharpie.

No, sorry. If I had to guess, I'd say she was born within the last 30ish years. Gorham put out some dolls similar to her, but she may not be by them.
