They are quite heavy material, not cheap plastic(in my opinion)
The size is 2.7" x 1" x.06"
Just slide the front down and led blue lights up & you have intense heat to light cigarette.
Can be charged with usb..Great for cars, cammping..just handy fire-up

They are new in package..i have used mine quite awile..but there is not way I can tell how long they last. If you keep them charged good..I would thinnk they would last..

The battery..or whateever is in lighter & can be charged anytime, with a usb cable/port on computer. I doubt that, if your like me, you will loose before it goes. out..f/thx
