The listing, Vintage Double Graduated Pearl Necklace 1940s? *Free Ship* has ended.

This very old double-pearl costume necklace is champagne color. It is VERY old ... take a look at the clasp! The clasp still works beautifully, and the necklace is 17 inches long. I'm not sure what the pearls are made from, but they are in excellent condition!

You gotta get some auctions going. I highly recommend offering free shipping if the items are small. It costs three stamps to send a package 13 ounces or less. I know it seems crazy, but it comes back to you when you win auctions with free shipping, like my auctions. You get a LOT more bids with free shipping! Also, make sure your photos are good ... get those credits rolling in!

Is it possible that these are "glass Pearls"? Or are they more like natural pearls? are they heavy?

I got them out again and looked with reading glasses. They are a coated type of material, possibly a hard plastic or lucite. I don't think they are glass, not that heavy.

Oh yeah, I've been really pumped about all the credits I get for some of this old jewelry. I'm bidding on the top-flight electronics on Listia ... there aren't many of them, but I don't think many people have as many credits as I do either.
