Well, in my many years of gardening, zinnias are pretty much the most easiest annuals to start. You simply start them by planting them like any other seed. Dig a hole, lightly cover it and water a bit, keep the soil moist. Not dry or water-logged! The seedlings should sprout in about 4 days. Just keep watering them from there and you'll see the first blooms in 5 weeks. Hope it helps! Thank you. :-)
