N-019 Naruto Uzumaki [Imposter] super rare
N-029 Sasuke Uchiha [Individual Play] super rare
N-025 Naruto Uzumaki [Nine-Tailed Chakra] foil
N-026 Sasuke Uchiha [Open Your Eyes] foil

It's called a proxy bid. If you bid 2,000 credits for something, it will only go as high as the highest bid. As more people bid, the person with the 2,000 credit bid will continue to win until someone bids over that.
