I really need this to get started with what I want I have two kids and am anting to try alternative things to pills and standard meds if at all possible I tried honey the last time they got a cold and it worked it cut their down time in half so I know that its possible that herbal therapies can work of course when they need real medicines I will use them and also they do have doctors but if I can help in anyway I will try.

There's instructions how to divide adult med doses into child size doses. There is also Herbs to avoid. Some herbs talked about in the book are Chamomile, Oak Straw, Calcium, Stinging Nettle, Alfalfa, Red Raspberry and Blessed Thistle are a few listed.
