The listing, mermaid-colored tutu has ended.

this tutu is teal blue and sea-green. the band is 15 inches of premade crocheted ribbon. the tulle is approx 6 inches long. i used these same colors to make a mermaid-style tutu for my daughter for halloween.

yes, the band is stretchy. the ones i have made in the past fit 2-3t. and they are the same measurement. now, it may be a lil short, but it would look great over leggings or simple shorts
