It works fine, we just bought a newer model a few years back found it cleaning out a drawer. Has box and instruction guide.

fyi it's against listia policy to have an mp3 player with music on it. the only way to fix that is to set it back to factory settings if you don't have the chords. but it would need a charge to do that too. So I'm guessing they would probably let that one slide. but just for future reference.
